A door, not a directory.
Job boards list what is behind the door. Lidoru opens it.
What Lidoru is not
- A passive job-listing directory
- An impersonal resume database
- A high-friction recruiter portal
- Just another job board
What Lidoru is
- A career transition partner you can trust
- A platform that opens doors with confidence
- Human, optimistic, and modern
- Built for people at a career turning point
Built around one habit: showing our working.
Every match, every piece of feedback and every next step arrives with its reason.
From first search to a decision you feel sure about.
Four steps. You stay in control of every one of them.
Tell us where you are heading
Share your goals, skills and history. Everything else builds on this.
See matches, with reasons
See roles that fit, and why each one came up.
Get your profile ready
Sharpen your resume with feedback grounded in what hiring teams look for.
Prepare, apply, decide
Prepare for interviews and next steps, with guidance whenever you need it.
Built for people at a turning point.
Changing direction
A different role or industry, and how your experience translates.
Returning after a break
Back from caring, health or study, on solid footing.
Starting out
Early in your career, with a clear view of what to aim for.
Weighing up a move
Not applying yet. A better picture before you decide.
Answers before you ask.
Do I need to know what job I want first?
No. Career Guidance and Skills Insights exist for that stage.
Is Lidoru only for people changing industry?
No. A first search, a return after time away, or a move within your field all fit.
How much of my history do I need to share?
Only what you are comfortable sharing. More context means more specific suggestions.
Where is Lidoru available?
Anywhere. The platform is in English.
Ready to take the next step?
Tell us where you are heading and we will point you to the part that helps most.
Lidoru is the trusted door through the threshold of career change.
Changing work is one of the more exposed things a person does. Lidoru makes the crossing easier, with tools that explain themselves.
What we are here to do
Opportunity should depend on what you can do, not on who you know. Lidoru is built to close that gap.
How we try to do it
By supporting rather than overwhelming. Every feature has to move someone closer to the right opportunity.
Where "Lidoru" comes from.
Three ideas, one coined word with no direct translation in any language.
- LimenThreshold
- Latin for threshold: where one stage ends and another begins. Everyone using Lidoru is standing at one.
- FiduciaTrust
- The Latin root of trust, shared with fidelity and fiduciary. Job seeking is uncertain; Lidoru is built to feel safe.
- DoorAccess
- The sound says it: access. A job can be the door to income, growth, purpose or stability.
- Said out loud
- lih-DOR-oo
Three syllables. A trusted door through the threshold of career change.
One thing our users have in common.
People arrive from very different places and share one position.
They are mid-decision
Not browsing, not yet committed. Whether to move at all is a different question from finding a listing.
They have more experience than their CV shows
The gap is rarely capability. Usually the right experience is buried, or in the wrong words.
They are doing this alone
No recruiter, mentor or inside contact. The tools close that gap without replacing your judgement.
Lidoru assumes you are capable, short of time, and owed an explanation for anything it shows you.
Six things we hold ourselves to.
Human
We put people first. Empathy, understanding, and real support at every step.
Optimistic
We focus on possibility and a better future. We inspire confidence.
Trustworthy
We earn trust through integrity, transparency, and protecting our community.
Modern
We use technology and AI to create a smarter, faster, better experience.
Accessible
Opportunities should be open to everyone, everywhere.
Empowering
We give people the tools, insights, and support to take control of their future.
Four commitments we hold to.
Rules the product is built against, not aspirations pinned to a wall.
Show the reasoning
Every match and recommendation arrives with its reason, in plain words.
Support, do not overwhelm
A career change is stressful enough. Lidoru reduces the decisions in front of you.
Leave the decisions with you
Nothing is applied for, sent or committed on your behalf. You make the choice.
Keep the door open to everyone
Opportunity should not depend on who you know. Access is the point of the product.
Want to know if Lidoru fits your situation?
Tell us where you are in your search and we will give you a straight answer.
Our Services
Five tools that work together, from working out what you want to walking into the interview prepared.
-
AI Career Assistant
Ask about your resume, a job description or an interview. It keeps your context between questions.
Useful when you want a second opinion quickly. -
Job Matching
Matching weighs your skills and goals, not only keywords, and every suggestion comes with its reason.
Useful when every search result looks the same. -
Resume and Profile Tools
Build your profile once, then see how it reads to someone hiring: what is missing, buried, or taking up space.
Useful before you start applying. -
Career Guidance
Structured guidance for changing direction, returning after time away, or choosing what to aim for next.
Useful when the decision itself is the hard part. -
Skills and Job Market Insights
Which skills keep appearing for the roles you want, and where you already line up.
Useful when planning a move rather than making one today.
Not sure which one you need?
Most people start in one of these four places.
“I do not know what I want yet.”
Start with Career Guidance, then Skills and Job Market Insights.
“I know the role, but I am not getting replies.”
Start with Resume and Profile Tools. The experience is usually there; the profile is burying it.
“Every listing looks the same.”
Start with Job Matching. Seeing why a role surfaced beats reading fifty more adverts.
“I have an interview next week.”
Start with the AI Career Assistant and work through the questions you are worried about.
What stays the same, whichever you use.
Four things hold across the whole toolkit.
One profile, used everywhere
Enter your goals, skills and history once. Every tool works from the same picture.
The reasoning always travels with the result
A match, a piece of feedback or a next step never arrives without its reason.
Nothing acts without you
Suggestions are shown, not applied. Nothing is sent, shared or changed unless you choose.
You can stop at any point
Use one tool or all five, for a week or a whole search.
What these tools will not do.
Knowing where a service stops is part of trusting it.
They do not apply on your behalf
You decide what to send and when. Nothing is submitted for you.
They do not sell your profile
Your details are not passed on as a lead or listed for employers to browse.
They do not promise a job
No tool can. Lidoru makes the search clearer and better prepared, not certain.
They do not hide the reasoning
If a match cannot be explained in plain words, it is not worth showing you.
Can I use just one of the tools?
Yes. None depends on the others. Many people only use the resume feedback.
Why was I shown a particular role?
Every match carries its reasoning. If it does not hold up, your profile is saying something you did not intend.
How does the assistant know my situation?
From your profile and what you have told it. It does not look elsewhere.
What happens to the feedback on my resume?
It stays yours. Suggestions apply only if you choose them.
Do the insights tell me what to learn next?
Which skills keep appearing for your target roles, and where you line up. The decision stays with you.
Still have a question?
If it is not answered above, send it over. We will say plainly whether Lidoru fits.
Contact Us
Send a message and we will come back to you. Not sure where to start? Say so.
What to expect after you write.
We read it properly
A person reads your message, not a form response.
We reply by email
We answer what you asked, and say clearly if Lidoru is not the right fit.
You decide what happens
No obligation and no follow-up sequence. If you want to go further, you tell us.
Helpful to include: the role you are aiming for, where you are now, and what is making the search hard.
Want to look around first?
The services page covers what Lidoru does; the about page explains how we think.
